2. Check email from teacher with invitation link to ZOOM meeting
3. Roll out your mat and position laptop/iPad/mobile approximately 6ft away 
4. Join the class (10 - 15 mins beforehand); make sure your camera and speakers are on
5. MUTE yourself on the screen and begin your class with real time feedback.
