Live Stretch and Relax class
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Book onto the live Stretch and Relax class
2. Check email from teacher with invitation link to ZOOM meeting
3. Roll out your mat, grab a small band or stretchy band and position laptop/iPad/mobile approximately 6ft away
4. Join the class (5 - 10 mins beforehand); make sure your camera and speakers are on
5. MUTE yourself on the screen and begin your class with real time feedback.
Our Stretch and Relax class provides you with an opportunity to optimise your methods of stretching. The class concentrates solely on long-held floor stretches, with a specific focus on the neck, shoulders alongside lower parts of the body including the hips, pelvis, inner thighs. The end of the class is dedicated to a short meditation, so you leave feeling settled and calm.
